Had fever Friday all the way to yesterday, the same day I started work and almost did not go to work but went anyway cos cannot afford to give bad impression. Anyhoo, it was bad. It’s been a while since I’ve had fever and such. It doesn’t help that the sore throat, flu and cough complicate my breathing and made my asthma so much worst. A walk to the bathroom made me pant as if I ran a mile or something and sweat started to break out from the skin everywhere. You want to know how it feels? Try holding your breath under water until you can no longer take it but wait for a few more seconds and then get up and you’ll know how it feels to breathe as if air is running out BUT imagine the air sucked in could not be absorbed by the lungs and all you can do is run to the meds for help. The high fever was horrible as well. Wrapped myself in 2 layer of clothes, long pants and blanket, popped in two panadol and try to sweat it all out. Wish I was home where I could be well taken care of without worrying bout such things. Bah!

Anyhoo, worshiped anyway today; with only one guitarist and a pianist and did so much mistakes! I could feel my face go red throughout! Gah! Surrendering to God; I did my best! I truly did! Am glad some people were ministered anyway! God is good!

P/S sometimes I don’t understand why people are not afraid to do it but go all mad when someone else found out about it. Seriously. What’s the catch?

On a lighter note, I think now I know who are those who are real and not. It’s good to know.

Went to Miri 3 days prior to Chinese New Year since we’ll be celebrating this new year with a reunion with relatives from mummy’s side of the family.

Went to airport early morning with mummy and Jessica cause Daddy’s went earlier since he was on traveling for work purposes and Chae would only go a day before CNY due to work. I have tons of pictures in my camera but I left it all in Kuching thus these pictures here are taken from YingYing’s(yes my cousin with the same chinese name as me) DSLR.

Arrived in Miri at 9am in the morning and went straight to breakfast with my uncle, his family and some aunties. The food was good but I already ate so much in the plane and breakfast at home thus I did not have anymore food. Teehee! Must fit into cheongsam that’s why cannot eat so much!

Went to watch a movie with the cousins on the first day we arrived and then dinner at night. It was really rest and relax on the first day here.

On the second day, the uncles took us to visit their fruit farm.

Gave mummy a surprised birthday celebration as well! Mummy’s birthday is a day before valentine’s.

Happy Happy New Year 2010!

It’s been ages since I’ve blogged and there’s only one reason why. I forgot the site where I could log into my blog. -_-!! I know!! Teehee! But I saved my site in my laptop and the computer at home doesn’t have the saved site.

Anyhoo, year 2009 has been a tough year with many many many trials coming along my way and a few times I’ve been so weak that I’ve almost give in to the frailty and give up.

Still, I am thankful for the family; my family who never fail to catch me when I fall, to encourage and to love me despite my imperfection. I am evermore grateful to have such amazing parents who holds my hand and help carry me when I can no longer stand on my own. And sisters. Who means the world to me.

Friends; those real ones who calls and check up on me. Those who are always there who actually listens and cares. The ones who accepts me; flaws and all. The one who sees strength and courage in me when I myself fail to see them. The ones I call angels I never thought I deserve to have.

Failures; my biggest enemy yet year 2009 proves that I was so much associated to it that I no longer fear them. Rising above helps me build character and stand on my two little feet(literally). I am tired and struggling but the difference is that I have hope and I have Him.

God; my strength, my hope, my life. The reason I am here today. I am grateful that He was there in every chapter of my life and He never walked away though I have learn to accept that I may never come to understand the reason why bad things happen to good people. He still stands eternally strong in my life; the past, the present, the future.

2009: The resolution to be more childlike. Done done done. Can’t believe another passed so quickly but childlikeness; believing in things the Father tells me. I do.

2010: New resolution. To rise above every situation, keeping Joy in my heart.
