The King of Pop was indeed one of the figure that influenced many in his lifetime.

He died today at the age of 50 due to cardiac arrest.

Sad to say however that his influence although could have been for the better good went all wrong towards the last two decades of his life.

Fame?

Money?

What is the cause of his great fall?

If only he had been secure with himself. And loved himself the way he is. Things could have been different.

Just shows how much one needs God in their life isn’t it?

The worldly ways will falter and people change. There will never be enough of pleasing around for everyone to love you. No matter how much money and fame we achieve in our lifetime, we could never bring it forward to our afterlife.

But I serve the One Lord who will never change; yesterday, today and forevermore.

And I rest secure in Him.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear when the earth changes, and when mountains are slipping into the heart of the seas. Let its waters roar and foam; let the mountains shake with the swelling of it.  Be still, and know that I am God! I will be praised among the nations, I will be praised in the earth. Psalm 46: 1-3; 10

Oh and I wonder how long people would remember him for? Will he last for another 100 years to come? Will the generation after me know of his existance? Makes one think huh?

As for me, I will pay my last tribute to him with the song I love most from him.

May he rest in peace.
